These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the South Wales Driver Medicals website and booking services. South Wales Driver Medicals is a trading name of SAAH Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06772605).
By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide DVLA-compliant driver medical examinations, including D4 medicals for HGV, PCV, taxi, and other vocational licence holders. All examinations are conducted by GMC-registered doctors at our clinic locations across South Wales and Bristol.
3. Booking Terms
Appointments can be booked through our website or by telephone. When you make a booking, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information
- Attend your appointment at the booked date, time, and location
- Bring valid photo identification (passport or driving licence) and your DVLA D4 medical form to your appointment
- Disclose all relevant medical history honestly and completely to the examining doctor
A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement for the provision of our services, subject to these Terms.
4. Payment
Payment for our services can be made in the following ways:
- Online payment: at the time of booking via our website, processed securely by Stripe. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
- Cash on the day: payment may be made in cash at the clinic on the day of your appointment, where this option is available.
All prices are listed on our website and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time, though any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible:
- More than 24 hours before your appointment: you may cancel or reschedule free of charge. If you paid online, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Less than 24 hours before your appointment: cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
- Non-attendance: if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund.
6. Medical Disclaimer
Our driver medical examinations are conducted in accordance with DVLA guidelines. Please note the following:
- The outcome of your medical examination is determined solely by the examining doctor based on clinical findings and DVLA standards. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
- A medical examination does not constitute a diagnosis or treatment. If the doctor identifies any health concerns, you will be advised to consult your GP or a specialist.
- The medical certificate issued is valid only for the purpose stated and is based on the information provided at the time of examination.
- If you provide false or misleading medical information, your certificate may be invalidated and no refund will be given.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability to you in connection with any booking or medical examination is limited to the fee paid for that service.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of licence, or delays in licence processing by the DVLA.
- We are not responsible for decisions made by the DVLA or any other body regarding your licence application.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of SAAH Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Changes to These Terms
